Sorry movie score fans if you had plans this Sunday, October 25th to catch film composer Ennio Morricone at the Hollywood Bowl. According to the Hollywood Bowl website, the concert has been cancelled. No official reason has been given although it did have trouble selling tickets especially when the show had direct competition against U2 that same day.
Ennio Morricone's concert was to consist of scores from movies he's conducted such as "Cinema Paradiso", "A Fistful of Dollars", "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly", "The Mission", "Once Upon a Time in America", and "The Untouchables" along with other works. We hope Ennio Morricone reschedules soon and plans to come back to Los Angeles soon. For those who did have tickets, refunds are available at point of purchase.
