Up-and-coming Los Angeles dream pop act Sunday (1994) will be playing a hometown show at one of our favorite venues! Sunday (1994) will be taking the stage at the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever Cemetery on Wednesday, April 29, in support of their current EP release, Devotion.
Dave Chappelle has announced an intimate L.A. show! The comedian will perform at the Hotel Cafe on Thursday, February 26, at 9 p.m. PST while he’s in town.
You can also see Dave Chappelle live in West Hollywood at the Comedy Store on Friday, February 27, and Saturday, February 28.
San Diego indie rock act Twin Ritual will be playing an intimate local show this week! The tour will bring Twin Ritual to Boyle Heights when they headline an all-ages show at The Paramount on Saturday, February 28, with futuristic synth-pop act Cameron Romance and DJ Eser.

We now have more Mumford and Sons to look forward to, Scenestar readers! The British folk rock band will be back this “Rocktober” when Marcus Mumford, Ben Lovett, and Ted Dwane—a.k.a. Mumford and Sons—play in support of their upcoming release, Prizefighter, at the Kia Forum on Tuesday, October 6, and Wednesday, October 7.
Sierra Ferrell will open both shows.
Fans of Queens of the Stone Age have some intimate shows to look forward to this year, Scenestar readers! The alternative rock act will be extending “The Catacombs Tour” to the California High Desert for the first time ever when they play at the Institute of Mentalphysics: Joshua Tree Retreat Center, The Sanctuary on Friday, April 24, and in Rancho Mirage at The Show at Rancho Mirage at Agua Caliente Casino on Saturday, April 25.
Libby Grace will be opening both shows.
Yellow Days will be in Los Angeles this week for a series of shows! George Van Den Broek, a.k.a. Yellow Days, will be making his return to Southern California as part of his “Rock And A Hard Place Tour” when he plays at Aviator Nation Dreamland in Santa Monica with opener Dante Elephante on Thursday, February 26, and with opener Rue Jacobs at the Bellwether in Downtown Los Angeles on Friday, February 27, and at the Glass House in Pomona on Saturday, February 28.

The Welsh alternative rock band are back for the first time in two years when The Joy Formidable headlines a show tonight at the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
Alongside the band’s set, the intimate show will feature performances of songs from both members’ solo projects: Shy Western (Ritzy Bryan) and Rhydian Dafydd.

In support of their latest album release, Dead Channel Sky, Clipping will be playing a hometown show this weekend! The experimental hip-hop trio consisting of rapper Daveed Diggs and producers William Hutson and Jonathan Snipes will perform live at the Fonda Theatre on Saturday, February 28.
Opening the show will be Open Mike Eagle, Cooling Prongs, and DJ Mabson.
