One of our favorite local venues celebrates 100 years of existence! After almost shutting down in 2012 before Goldenvoice took over the venue, the promoter will now celebrate its 100th anniversary by hosting a special series of intimate performances that brings together different genres. This includes shows by Suicidal Tendencies on Thursday, October 1; Father John Misty on Tuesday, October 6; Remi Wolf on Saturday, October 10; Peaches on Saturday, October 17; Cuco on Friday, October 22; Flying Lotus with Omar Velasco on Friday, October 23; and Animal Collective on Saturday, October 24.
The Fonda Theatre also has two anniversary shows on Monday, October 12 and Thursday, October 22 that will be revealed at a later date.
Tickets for these special underplays at the Fonda Theatre will go on sale on Friday, September 11, at 10 a.m. PDT via AXS for the all-ages shows.
Goldenvoice will give fans a chance to register for a promoter presale taking place on Thursday, September 10, at 10 a.m. PDT for fans who register for a unique code for the show of their choice by clicking on the event page for the registration link.
