Independence Day Weekend is over, and we’re back at it this Monday, Scenestar readers. Bummer that Mexico is out of the FIFA World Cup 2026, but Team USA is still in, and there’s still watch parties for those games (Yes, we have some listed below). There’s also live music going on, which includes our pick for Show of the Night: Year of the Dragon! The Los Angeles 5-piece metal band featuring former members of Fishbone will be headlining a show tonight at Oblivion in Highland Park in support of their latest album release, Dragon Burn.

Cassette Jock, Drypoint, and Stigmata Stigmata will be opening the show.
