Portland, Oregon, duo Sam Coomes and Janet Weiss, aka Quasi, have scheduled an extensive tour this summer to celebrate and play their 1998 seminal album, Featuring "Birds", in full on Friday, July 26, at the Troubadour. Joining Quasi will be opener Jeffrey Lewis.
