Scenestar favorite, Sigur Rós, will be back this year for a special limited run of shows! Joined by the 41-piece Wordless Music Orchestra, the iconic Icelandic post-rock act Sigur Rós will be back in Los Angeles for the first time since last year when they headlined the Shrine Auditorium on Thursday, May 19.
This time Kjartan "Kjarri" Sveinsson, Georg Holm, and Jónsi of Sigur Rós will be taking the stage at the Greek Theatre on Monday, August 28, with a magical set that includes their hits as well as your first chance to hear their first new music in 10 years from their yet-to-be-titled album release.
For fans that like traveling, Sigur Rós will also be playing up north in the Bay Area when they headline the Greek Theatre at UC Berkeley on Saturday, August 26.
Tickets to see Sigur Rós at the Greek Theatre will go on sale on Friday, March 24, at 10 a.m. via AXS for $39.50 to $199.50 each plus service fees. Sigur Ros' fan club Heimr has first dibs on tickets starting on Tuesday, March 21, at 10 a.m. Code: HUNDSLAPPADRIFA.
