Here's another Coachella 2022 lineup addition to get excited about, Scenestar readers! Goldenvoice has added the all-female k-pop foursome, Aespa, to their festival lineup! Aespa will be making their Coachella debut on the Coachella Main Stage on Saturday, April 23, in the evening and will be streamed online via YouTube. SM Entertainment has confirmed that Aespa will be performing their hits "Black Mamba", "Next Level", and "Savage" in their festival set.
This is the third all-female k-pop act to perform at Coachella following 2NE1's reunion during the 88Rising time slot on the Coachella Main Stage Weekend 1 of this year and Blackpink's set on the Sahara stage in 2019.
As we previously announced, the second weekend of Coachella 2022 will be taking place from Friday, April 22, to Sunday, April 24, at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, Calif. Headlining Coachella this year are Billie Eilish, Harry Styles, Swedish House Mafia, and The Weeknd (Replacing Ye (Kanye West).
Coachella 2022 passes are on sale now on a waitlist basis via the festival website with tiered pricing that ranges from $549 each plus service fees for GA passes ($10 for shipping), $633 plus service fees for GA passes with a shuttle pass, and between $1,119 plus fees for VIP passes. Preferred parking is also available for $266 plus fees. Camping this year is priced at $102 for car camping or tent camping, and $266 plus fees for preferred car camping which will include a reserved spot located closest to the venue entrance (near the Ferris wheel). Camping companion parking is also available for $55 plus fees. There is a four (4) pass limit per person, per weekend. More ticket info is available here.
