We have one more week left in March, Scenestar readers. It's rainy out there, but what better excuse to head out than to check out our Show of the Night pick: Neal Francis! The Chicago-based musician (not to be confused with Los Angeles indie rock duo Neil Frances) will be headlining the Teragram Ballroom tonight with opener Kendra Morris. The local tour date is in support of his debut album release In Plain Sight.
