The Grammy®-winning singer Ledisi will be back in Los Angeles next weekend! If you don't already have plans, we suggest heading to the Hollywood Bowl when they host Ledisi on Saturday, July 24, as she pays tribute to the Nina Simone when she performs tracks from her latest release Ledisi Sings Nina, an album that features seven of Simone’s most popular songs redone in orchestral, jazz and pop arrangements. Thomas Wilkins and the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra will help Ledisi showcase both the diversity and depth of Simone’s musicianship and the breathtaking range and reach using Ledisi’s own voice.
