Welcome to another Monday in Los Angeles, Scenestar readers. This week is starting off stacked with amazing concert options which include our pick for Show of the Night: Tool! Back in Downtown Los Angeles for the first time since 2010, Tool will play the last of two headlining a pair of shows at Staples Center in support of their latest release Fear Inoculum (The band's first album in 13 years). Killing Joke is their scheduled opener.
