The moment we've all been waiting for is finally here, Scenestar readers! The big yearly reveal by Goldenvoice as to who is performing in this year's edition of Coachella! Weekend 1 is scheduled to take place from Friday, April 12, to Sunday, April 14, and Weekend 2 held from Friday, April 19, to Sunday, April 21, at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, Calif. with this year's headliners—Childish Gambino, Tame Impala, and Ariana Grande, — will take the stage at Coachella 2019. Other notable performers include: The 1975, Aphex Twin, Blackpink, Calypso Rose, Cola Boyy, Charlotte de Witte, Billie Eilish, Empress Of, Gesaffelstein, HYUKOH, Jon Hopkins, NGHTMRE, Anderson.Paak, Polo & Pan, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, RÜFÜS DU SOL, and many more. Also for the first time ever, YouTube will live-stream BOTH weekends.
Coachella 2019 passes will go on sale Friday, January 5, at 11 a.m. via the festival website for $429 for GA passes, $509 for GA passes with a shuttle pass, and $999 for VIP passes. Preferred parking is also available for $150. Camping this year is priced at $125 for car camping or tent camping, and $325 for preferred car camping which will included a reserved spot located closest to the venue entrance (near the ferris wheel). Camping companion parking is also available for $60. YouTube Premium subscribers in the U.S. will also have exclusive access to a dedicated allocation of passes for purchase for each weekend. premium members will receive info on Friday, January 4, regarding their special allotment of festival passes.
