Preoccupations has released a new music video for “Disarray,” a track from March 23 release New Material. The video was directed by RuffMercy, who said in a statement: “For me the word Disarray conjures up images of a mind unraveling in a chaotic way. I wanted to physically show that inner turmoil without having to have Matt [Flegel] or an actor run around with a painted face looking distressed so to cut up and distort and draw over Matt’s image felt like an interesting way to show this.”
As reported earlier, the band has two 18+ shows at the Echo on Thursday, May 17, and Friday, May 18, with special guest Moaning. The May 18 show is SOLD OUT, but tickets for the May 17 show are on sale now via Ticketfly for $15 each plus service fees.
