Cold War Kids have released a new music video for “Free to Breathe,” a track from latest album L.A. Divine. Of the video, the band explains via Facebook: “Had the pleasure of having my sister, Marika, direct this video. She chose her friend and model Brook Power to act in the video whom she had just watched go from giving birth to being Playmate of the Year a few months later. What makes the video compelling to me is how intimately Marika shows the beauty and the isolation; the inner struggle of hustling while holding on to yourself. That raw vulnerability captures the emotion of the song perfectly.”
