The Circle V music festival, celebrating animal rights and benefiting nonprofit Mercy for Animals, has announced its second annual event! Held at the Regent Theater on Saturday, November 18, the event will feature co-headliners Moby and Waka Flocka Flame, as well as Dreamcar, Reggie Watts, and Raury.
