On Sunday, May 14, the Fonda Theatre will host the inaugural benefit show for the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund, which provides financial assistance to musicians who are struggling to make ends meet while facing illness, disability, or age-related problems. The upcoming fundraiser, entitled Strange ’80s, will feature performances by Tenacious D, “Weird Al” Yankovic, Sarah Silverman, Sugarcult, Anthrax, Taking Back Sunday, Filter, and many more.
