Wire has announced the launch of Drill Festival L.A., a “unique festival to mark 40 years of not looking back,” which will take place Thursday, March 30, to Saturday, April 1, at the Echo and Echoplex. The punk pioneers will perform at the Echo on Saturday, April 1, which coincidentally is the anniversary of the band’s first gig at the Roxy Club in London. Other acts scheduled to perform include Bob Mould, Julia Holter, Mild High Club, Slows, and many more. And there’s an afterparty on Sunday, April 2, with DJ Alex Transistor and Ray D.
Tickets for these 18+ shows are on sale now via Ticketfly for $18.50 to $32.50 each plus service fees. There’s also a three-day festival pass for $46.50 each plus service fees. Click below to see these great acts perform as part of Drill Festival L.A. in Echo Park!
