As previously announced, on Wednesday, January 25, the Wiltern will host a concert celebrating David Bowie. And now there’s another show on Tuesday, January 24, with Sting, who recently tweeted: “Performing a song at the just announced Jan. 24 Celebrating David Bowie Tour date at The Wiltern in LA!”
These Global Goodwill Concerts, whose proceeds will benefit charities worldwide, also will feature friends and former bandmates of David Bowie‘s, including Mike Garson, Earl Slick, Adrian Belew, Mark Plati, Gail Ann Dorsey, Sterling Campbell, Holly Palmer, and Carmine Rojas, plus Angelo Moore of Fishbone, Gaby Moreno, Bernard Fowler, and other special guests.
Tickets for the just announced January 24 show will go on sale Friday, January 6, at 10:00 a.m. via Live Nation for $75.00 to $175.00 each plus service fees. Tickets for the January 25 show are on sale now via Live Nation for $65.00 to $150.00 each plus service fees.
