The XX has released a new music video for “On Hold,” a track from new album I See You, which will be released January 13. The video, directed by Alasdair McLellan, is set in Marfa, Texas, where some of the new album was recorded. In a statement, the band explains: “We have a lot of love and respect for the people of the USA, having played hundreds of shows across the country over the past years. We hope this video reflects just some of the warmth and acceptance we have encountered there.”
The XX has several tour dates scheduled, but there are no U.S. shows at this time. Stay tuned, Scenestar readers.
