One act we’re looking forward to this “Rocktober” is the return of Phantogram! Joshua Carter and Sarah Barthel, AKA Phantogram, will perform at the Observatory on Sunday, October 2, and the Hollywood Palladium on Tuesday, October 4, with special guest The Range.
