One of our favorite local Halloween shows is back! Danny Elfman will return to the Hollywood Bowl for live screenings of The Nightmare Before Christmas with a full orchestra and choir performing with conductor John Mauceri on Saturday, October 29, and Sunday, October 30. Joining Danny Elfman will be the original singers Catherine O’Hara, Ken Page, and Paul Reubens. Also, attendees can participate in a costume contest, and there will be trick-or-treating.
Tickets to see Danny Elfman at the Hollywood Bowl will go on sale Friday, September 9, at 10:00 a.m. via Ticketmaster for $35.00 to $199.50 each plus service fees. There also will be several presales on Wednesday, September 7, at 10:00 a.m., including KROQ‘s (password: KROQNIGHTMARE) and Bill Silva‘s (password: CANDY).
