Seu Jorge has announced an upcoming tour that will pay tribute to the late David Bowie. The Brazilian musician will perform his soundtrack for the 2004 Wes Anderson film The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou, which features his take on classic David Bowie songs, at the Theatre at Ace Hotel on Saturday, November 26. Of the songs, David Bowie has said: “Had Seu Jorge not recorded my songs in Portuguese, I would never have heard this new level of beauty which he has imbued them with.”
Tickets for this DTLA show will go on sale Friday, August 5, at 10:00 a.m. via AXS for $46.00 to $66.00 each plus service fees.
