It’s that time of year once again, Scenestar readers! KROQ has announced its 26th annual Almost Acoustic Christmas, held at the Forum in Inglewood! At approximately 7:40 a.m. today, Kevin & Bean announced the lineup for Night One on Saturday, December 12, which will feature performances by AWOLNATION, Bastille, Cage the Elephant, Disclosure, Foals, Halsey, Silversun Pickups, The Struts, Twenty One Pilots, Weezer, and X Ambassadors. The lineup for Night Two, held on Sunday, December 13, will feature Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness, Chris Cornell, Cold War Kids, Elle King, Fall Out Boy, George Ezra, James Bay, Of Monsters and Men, Panic at the Disco, The 1975, and The Neighbourhood.
Tickets for KROQ‘s Almost Acoustic Christmas will go on sale this Friday, November 20, at 12:00 p.m. via Ticketmaster for $75.00 to $150.00 each plus service fees. There is a two-ticket limit. You must be a Street Team member to purchase tickets, so sign up now to get the password to buy your tickets. All proceeds from Night One will benefit Para Los Niños.
