KCRW‘s Echo in the Canyon concert event next month will bring together musicians to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the birth of Southern California’s folk rock scene!
Held at the Orpheum on Monday, October 12, this one-time concert will feature Beck, Fiona Apple, Jakob Dylan, Cat Power, Regina Spektor and Jade (formerly of Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes) performing the music of The Byrds, The Beach Boys, Buffalo Springfield, and The Mamas & the Papas, among others.
