The Who will make their way across Southern California this month! The legendary classic rock act will celebrate their 50-year legacy on The Who Hits 50 North American Tour with tour stops at the Honda Center on Wednesday, September 16, and the Staples Center on Monday, September 21, with opener Joan Jett and the Blackhearts.
