Bad news for fans of indie rock act Guided By Voices: Four years after the band’s reunion, Guided By Voices have announced that they are breaking up. The band has canceled their remaining tour dates, which were in support of recent release Cool Planet. Guided By Voices recently had a show at the Fonda Theatre in June.
We wish Guided By Voices the best of luck with their future projects, and thank them for giving L.A. one last show this past summer.
Guided By Voices has come to an end. With 4 years of great shows and six killer albums, it was a hell of a comeback run. The remaining shows in the next two months are unfortunately canceled.
