Here we go again! One of the hottest summer parties is returning to Los Angeles! Mad Decent will bring the Mad Decent Block Party to L.A. Center Studios on Saturday, Sept. 13, with Diplo headlining the annual event. The remaining roster of artists will be revealed at a later date.
