Is Los Angeles forever cursed to not see Ennio Morricone live? The legendary film composer first canceled his local debut performance years ago at the Hollywood Bowl, and now Ennio Morricone has postponed his show this month to recover from recent back surgery. We’ll have to wait to hear his live film scores for Cinema Paradiso, A Fistful of Dollars, Once Upon a Time in America, and The Untouchables, until Sunday, June 15, instead of his original date at Nokia Theatre at L.A. Live on Thursday, March 20.
Tickets to see Ennio Morricone at his newly rescheduled date at Nokia Theatre at L.A. Live are on sale now via AXS for $59.75 to $350.00 each plus service fees. We’re hoping for a quick recovery, so we can finally see the Los Angeles debut of Ennio Morricone this year!
