La Sera, the solo musical project of Katy Goodman of Vivian Girls, has scheduled an upcoming 18+ show at The Echo on Thursday, May 8, in support of her upcoming third album Hour of the Dawn. Tickets to see La Sera at The Echo are on sale now via Ticketfly for $10.00 each plus service fees.
New album Hour of the Dawn will be released on May 13 via Hardly Art. About the new album, Goodman said: “I wanted the new La Sera record to sound like Lesley Gore fronting Black Flag. I didn’t want it to be another record of me sad, alone in my room. I wanted to have fun playing music and writing songs with a band.” Check out the album teaser video below.
