BUY TICKETS: Tosca at El Rey Theatre
Welcome to the first week of March, Scenestar readers! Time is flying by as we move through a busy concert calendar, so be sure to head out and start your week right by checking out our Show of the Night act, Tosca! On tour in support of last year’s release Odeon, the Austrian electronic duo of DJ and producer Richard Dorfmeister and pianist Rupert Huber will take the stage tonight at El Rey Theatre with Cath Coffey and Robert Gallagher on vocals. Opening for Tosca is KCRW‘s Jeremy Sole. You can get ready for the show beforehand, courtesy of 89.9 FM KCRW‘s Morning Becomes Eclectic, when Tosca performs a live set today at 11:15 a.m.
If you can’t get in to our Show of the Night, your other music options include performances by The Eagle Rock Gospel Singers, Glasvegas, Run River North, Moses Sumney, James Supercave, Lucinda Williams, and many more. Also, tonight is residency night in Los Angeles, so if you’re 21 and over, there’s a bunch of FREE shows by local bands that you can check out. Click here for ticket links and info on all of today’s shows as well as upcoming local shows on our concert calendar. For any further updates, be sure to also follow us on Twitter for any last-minute news and set times (posted daily in the comments section) if available for select shows!
