It’s safe to say that 2013 was an exceptional year for the live music scene in Los Angeles, and our coverage spanned across a number of heavy-hitting arena gigs as well as some of our favorite intimate venues. We were privileged to cover classic acts Depeche Mode, The Rolling Stones, and Morrissey as well as newer acts Washed Out, Savages, and Lorde. This year’s top images not only highlight stage performances, but also include selections of reconstructive narrative. On a side note, YOU, our Scenestar audience, garnered the most traffic for the Coachella Weekend 1 Parties Gallery, telling us that the party scene coverage wins your interest. We’ve noted this and will definitely bring you more like-minded mayhem in 2014.
