The wait is finally over, Scenestar readers. The lineup for FYF Fest 2013 has finally been announced! If you tuned into 89.9 FM KCRW‘s Morning Becomes Eclectic at 10:00 a.m. this morning, festival founder Sean Carlson gave Jason Bentley the details on this year’s festival, which will take place once again at Los Angeles State Historic Park. Held on Saturday, August 24, and Sunday, August 25, FYF Fest 2013 will feature such acts as !!! (Chk Chk Chk), Death Grips, Devendra Banhart, Baroness, Beach House, The Breeders, Deerhunter, FLAG, Flume, Foxygen, Holy Ghost!, How To Dress Well, The Melvins, MGMT, My Bloody Valentine, Nosaj Thing, Pional, Poolside, Simian Mobile Disco, Toro Y Moi, TV On The Radio, Washed Out, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Yo La Tengo, and many more, which you can see on the official FYF Fest 2013 poster at the jump.
Tickets for FYF Fest 2013 at Los Angeles State Historic Park will be available on Thursday, May 16, at 12:00 p.m., PST, via Frontgate Tickets for $65.00 for a one-day pass and $99.00 for a two-day pass (plus service fees). One-day passes will only be available online. Two-day passes are available online as well as at select retailers, including Origami Vinyl, Vacation Vinyl, Amoeba Music, and Fingerprints Music, among others. A 21+ VIP weekend pass will also be available for $199.00 plus service fees.
