Sorry, Depeche Mode. Just when you thought you won the title of big band at a small venue this week, look who stepped up their game! The Rolling Stones just announced on their Twitter that they will perform a warm-up show tonight, April 27, at the EchoPlex based on clues we received throughout the week! (Sorry, New Build! See why at the jump). Tonight's Rolling Stones show is in addition to the band's other "50 And Counting" tour dates at the Staples Center on Friday, May 3, and Monday, May 20, and at the Honda Center on Wednesday, May 15, and Saturday, May 18.
If you would like to see The Rolling Stones at the EchoPlex tonight, follow the instructions of The Rolling Stones gorilla, GRRRegory, on his Twitter feed. Fans wanting to attend must show up to El Rey Theatre for a chance at tickets. They are priced at $20.00 a ticket CASH ONLY, one ticket per person via a random ticket lottery at 1:00 p.m. at 5455 Wilshire Blvd. You must have a goverment issued ID and will have a wristband assigned to you if you are lucky enough to purchase a ticket. All official info can be found here.
If you aren't able to score tickets to tonight's intimate show, tickets for the Staples Center and Honda Center shows are still available via AXS. Click below to see The Rolling Stones live at a venue near you, Scenestar readers!
