Thurston Moore’s new band, Chelsea Light Moving, has scheduled their first North American tour, booking a show at the EchoPlex on Tuesday, March 19! The quartet—which includes Moore, guitarist Keith Wood, drummer John Moloney, and bassist Samara Lubelski—will release their self-titled debut album via Matador Records on March 5. The album was recorded with engineer Justin Pizzoferrato in Easthampton, Massachusetts’s Sone Lab. Several songs from the new album have been released, which you can download by clicking on each respective song: “Burroughs”, “Groovy & Linda”, “Frank O’Hara Hit”, and “Empires of Time”.
