Yo La Tengo Schedules Show At Fingerprints

YLTIt looks like the only chance to see Yo La Tengo locally will be at FREE in-stores. We recently reported that the band will perform at Amoeba on Thursday, Jan. 17, and Yo La Tengo has added another show at Fingerprints in Long Beach on Wednesday, Jan. 16, at 7:00 p.m. To attend, you must RSVP by calling the store at (562) 433-4996.     You actually have to pre-order a copy of the album to be placed on the list.
    From their newsletter: We are opening the guest list, with pre-order of Fade, beginning today (Monday 12/31). There will be a CD, an LP, and a deluxe indie-only vinyl pressing, which will be numbered, printed on rainbow foil, include a bonus 7″ with two exclusive covers (“I Saw The Light” and “Move To California,”) as well as a download card that includes an exclusive 11-minute jam, and we will have this version available for the in-store, though quantities are limited. Drop in for a visit, or give us a call, to place a pre-order and be added to the guest list.
