Isn’t the “Fest” a little redundant? It’s like when people say “PIN number”.

Shane there would be no need for “Fest” but they had to change the old name of “Fuck Yeah Fest” when it became semi-popular. Anyways, great lineup!

Not worth $77. Maybe like 40. Good luck.

Good luck, yourself! I’d pay easily at least 100 bucks for a whole amazing weekend like this. I’m there!

As much fun as I had last year, I wouldn’t want to do it for 2 days in a row. This isn’t coachella where everything is spread out and there’s at least green grass to lay on as well as other distractions asside from bands. Probably pass.

Yeah, exactly. Not paying for a small tight field with a bunch of hipsters.

idk why everyone is getting worked up about it. fyf is for budget conscious folks. coachella is great and all but this is fairly accessible and affordable for a 2 day fest. for most people since its in dtla, theres no hassle and scrambling for rides and finding lodging.
it started on the streets and im glad that it got picked up this past 2 years at the historic park. the line up is pretty good esp and lowkey with james blake, gold panda, twin shadow. thanks for the headsup on the line up.

The complaining about this festival is unreal. This is a stellar lineup, and my guess is that with an extended lineup and time frame, that other aspects of the festival will grow and improve. The show doesn’t have the lush grass of the polo fields, but has other things (such as a great Comedy tent) the coachella is lacking. And at 77 bucks, and IN LA, its about 400 dollars cheaper than coachella, and features a lot of the great mid-tier bands from that show. Beirut and M83 were both in my 5 favorite performances of Coachella this year.
