More FREE shows are coming at you Scenestar readers! This time the setting is Santa Monica when bands take the stage at the Santa Monica Pier for a series of concerts every Thursday into September as part of the 28th Annual Twilight Concert Series. Starting off the year will be Donavon Frankenreiter on Thursday, July 5. Other Scenestar favorites taking the stage this summer will be Amadou & Mariam, Haim and Best Coast who will be closing out the FREE concert series on Thursday, Sept. 6.
