French duo Air have a new track out, "Sonic Armada", off of their upcoming release, Le Voyage Dans La Lune (A Trip To the Moon). The new Air album is inspired by the 1902 silent film “Le Voyage Dans La Lune” (A Trip To The Moon)” by Georges Méliès which has been restored with the band composing the original score. Air is offering the new album as a digital release with a download of the newly restored film via iTunes on Feb. 7. As for live appearances, Air has yet to schedule a new date since they cancelled their 2010 Shrine Auditorium tour date. We'll keep you updated on the next time Air play a Los Angeles tour date.
