The much anticipated and rumored reunion is finally happening! The Stone Roses have announced via their website that they will reunite to play at Manchester's Heaton Park on Friday, June 29 and Saturday, June 30, 2012 as well as planning an extensive world tour for next year. The band have been broken up since guitarist John Squire quit the band back in 1996. Tickets to the current The Stone Roses dates will go on sale on Friday, Oct. 21 via GigsandTours.com as well as Ticketmaster with further details on the band's website. The Scenestar will keep posted on any Los Angeles tour dates or possibly a local festival addition for 2012 for The Stone Roses' upcoming reunion shows!
