One of our favorite Halloween events is back Scenestar readers! KCRW has just announced that they will be bringing back Masquerade: A Halloween Costume Ball & Dance Party on Saturday, October 29 from 9:00pm – 2:00am.
Not only will there be DJ sets by some of your favorite KCRW DJs, but also musical performances from acts yet to be announced. Past performers include: Cut Chemist, DJ Shadow, Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros, Little Dragon and The Duke Spirit. Lucent Dossier will also be included again this year with their circus vaudeville troupe!
Masquerade will be held once again at the Legendary Park Plaza in five uniquely themed rooms with live music and DJs. Tickets for Masquerade are $55 for KCRW members, $65 for the general public. Presale tickets are on sale today, Tuesday, Aug. 9 and will go up in price closer to the date ($85.00 at the door). Proceeds from the event benefit our favorite public radio station, KCRW.
