For fans of ’90s trip-hop group Portishead, the band is officially scheduled to come back in the Western Hemisphere! Beth Gibbons, Adrian Utley and Geoff Barrow are bringing Portishead back to this side of the world for the first time since their Coachella appearance in 2008 to play a festival in Mexico City. You can see Portishead, along with The Strokes, Editors, M83, Moby, The Rapture, Santigold and more at the Corona Capital Music Festival on Saturday, Oct. 15 at Curva 4 Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez. Presale tickets go on sale Wednesday, June 15 through Thursday, June 16. No local Portishead dates have been announced yet but we'll keep you posted when they are Scenestar readers!
