One of the most anticipated soundtracks of the year will finally be presented this weekend courtesy of KCRW! The TRON: Legacy soundtrack will be previewed exclusively on Saturday, Nov. 20 along with a conversation about the score between KCRW Music Director and TRON: Legacy Music Supervisor Jason Bentley with TRON: Legacy director Joseph Kosinski. Jason Bentley helped bring in French duo Daft Punk on board to score the movie and will present a handful of tracks from the official soundtrack release for the first time ever.
The TRON: Legacy soundtrack will be released nationwide on Tuesday, Dec. 7 via Walt Disney Records with KCRW offering a stream of the event online on KCRW.com starting Nov. 29. A portion of the event will be aired on Morning Becomes Eclectic on Nov. 29 as well. TRON: Legacy will be released in theaters via Disney Digital 3D™ and IMAX® 3D on Dec. 17. The Scenestar will be on hand for the event and will give you a full review of the Daft Punk TRON: Legacy listening party.
