It has been a while since we heard about any local Weezer shows, following the band’s recently cancelled tour dates due to frontman Rivers Cuomo’s bus accident. Luckily, Weezer is back at full strength and playing a free show next month!
The U.S. Open of Surfing will take place July 31 to August 8 in Huntington Beach, and it will host a series of free concerts for most of the competition at the Huntington Beach Pier. The free shows will include performances by Bedouin Soundclash, Cold War Kids, Hot Hot Heat, The Soft Pack, Weezer and more!
