The details are out on Rage Against the Machine‘s first Los Angeles show in 10 years. As we announced yesterday, Rage Against the Machine will team up with Conor Oberst and the Mystic Valley Band for a special benefit show for organizations fighting Arizona’s SB 1070, including Puente Arizona and the Florence Project. The concert will be held at the Hollywood Palladium on Friday, July 23, a few days before the law goes into effect on July 29.
UPDATE: Tickets for the special Rage Against the Machine at the Hollywood Palladium will go on sale on Monday, July 19, at 10 a.m via Live Nation for $50 – $100 each. Tickets will be restricted to residents of Los Angeles and Orange counties based on credit card billing address only. Non-resident purchases will be cancelled without notice. It is a Paperless ticket event with no ticket transfers. Buyer must present their photo I.D. and credit card used for the purchase when picking up the tickets with all members of the party having to enter the Hollywood Palladium at the same time once the buyer has checked in.
