The long wait for a new album is nearly over! Arcade Fire has announced that it will release third studio album The Suburbs on August 2 in the U.K. and August 3 in North America through Merge Records. You can pre-order the new album now via Arcade Fire’s Online Store, which entitles you to two MP3s of the tracks “The Suburbs” and “Month of May.”
As of now, Lollapalooza is the closest you’ll get to seeing Arcade Fire live, but we’ll keep you posted on any dates closer to Los Angeles. You can listen to both of Arcade Fire‘s new tracks at onethirtybpm.com.
