The long-awaited new album from Autolux, Transit Transit, finally has a release date.

TBD Records will release the album on August 3 in North America and Japan; ATP Recordings will release the album to the rest of the world. Transit Transit is Autolux‘s sophomore album, following 2004 debut Future Perfect. My, has it really been that long?

Autolux recently opened for Thom Yorke‘s Atoms for Peace tour, and the band is planning a headlining North American tour this fall. Stay tuned.
