Bad news for local Kate Nash fans. Kate recently added a free show at Amoeba Music on Wednesday, May 12, at 7 p.m., but she has cancelled the performance because of a foot injury. She will still perform her scheduled shows in support of her sophomore release, My Best Friend is You, at San Francisco’s Bottom of the Hill on Saturday, May 8, and in Los Angeles at the El Rey Theatre on Tuesday, May 11. Supercute will open both shows. Kate Nash will be wearing a boot on her foot for the rest of the tour and then going home to recover instead of playing the Amoeba show.
