It's officially now two decades since the 90's and we already have the first big reunion heading into this decade. On January 1st, 2010, it was announced on Soundgarden's website that "The 12 year break is over and school is back in session. To learn more, sign up now. The Knights Of The Soundtable ride again!".
As of now fans can sign up on a mailing list on their website to get more info on Soundgarden's future plans. Although the band has been rumored to play at Coachella this year, there hasn't been any concrete news regarding an appearance at the festival, a new album or tour dates in the near future. For now all Soundgarden fans can do is get excited at the glimmer of hope that one of the bigger names in 90's grunge is back to work and hopefully ready to hit the road again.
