Many an emo tear was shed today at the news of a reunion of one of the founding fathers of the genre, Sunny Day Real Estate, as they announced the news of getting back together for a fall US tour. After a 10 year hiatus, the band will begin their reunion tour in Vancouver before finally getting to Southern California for a date at House of Blues Anaheim and the Henry Fonda Music Box.
Tickets for both shows go on sale to the public via Ticketmaster this Saturday, June 27th but there will be a special fan pre-sale this Friday.
