You know summer is coming when festivals are announced to set up the upcoming season. Besides Coachella, one of the summer festivals that usually has some big names is KROQ's Weenie Roast y Fiesta. Just announced this morning on Kevin & Bean, this year's 2009 Weenie Roast will take place on Saturday, May 16th, at Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Irvine.
The line-up includes Weezer, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Kings of Leon, The Airborne Toxic Event, Silversun Pickups, White Lies and more. Tickets go on sale this Thursday, May 7th, at 5pm via Live Nation ONLY. KROQ Street Team password: KROQROAST
