Stuart
The Scenestar sure is excited about the Nov. 18 release of Belle & Sebastian’s BBC Sessions album, and now Stuart Murdoch, who is currently moving house, is offering a quirky little competition. According to a blog post, the singer has a “suitcase full of C-90s, some, obsessively typed Peel sessions tapes from the late 80s, some bought, most, tapes of favourite albums. I’ve also put in there a favourite book, a favourite film, and an ‘Amelie’ style cigar box of random stuff.” Sounds pretty great, right? Well, in order to win this prize, you must answer the following question: If Belle and Sebastian were to open a Mexican Restaurant, what would it be called?

You can e-mail your suggestions to B&S and the best answer will win. You also will win automatically if you correctly guess Stuart’s wife Marisa’s suggestion.

In related news, the soundtrack for upcoming film project God Help the Girl is nearing completion. Stuart plans to master all 18 tracks by the end of this month. Film production begins next year.
